Our school offers hiking tours all year round in Granada Natural Parks. 

Students can book 2 guided trekking afternoons a week in addition to a general Spanish language course. You go alone with a professional guide. This allows you to practice Spanish while having a nice walk!

It is located just 32 kilometres from Granada by road and with good communications. The ski season starts generally at the beginning of December and goes until May. The resort has about 2,500 hectares of skiable area and a capacity for almost 30,000 skiers per hour. It is the greatest skiable vertical drop in Spain. Sierra Nevada ski resort offers excellent conditions to enjoy the ski slopes with more sunny days than anywhere else in Europe.

I loved the whole week. The school is wonderful and Granada is a beautiful city. I learned some Spanish, danced some Flamenco, explored the city and met some great people. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely be doing it again!

The festival will begin on the 20th of November with the projection of the film ¡Qué par de locos!’ by Stan Laurel and Oliver Hard. From the 27 to 30 of November there will be several other shows in Teatro Isabel la Católica and in the Congress Palace.

The Alpujarra is a region of mountain villages to the south of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, which nestle in sheltered valleys and gorges running down towards the Mediterranean Sea. Its terraced farmlands have a continuous supply of water from melting snow above, giving the area the appearance of a high-altitude oasis. Its strategic location close to the Mediterranean sea beside the high mountains, which are declared as a National Park (at high elevations) and Nature Reserve (villages were settled here) turns this region into the home of an authentic treasure of flora and fauna; in short, the perfect place for walking and hiking.

Our TANDEM school in San Sebastián organized the TANDEM International meeting from 06.11. to 09.11.2014 in San Sebastián. TANDEM member schools from Germany, Spain and France joined the meeting. There were plenary session regarding marketing and new developments on the language market. The new website www.tandem-schools.com was presented by TANDEM Frankfurt. The official sessions were complemented by workshops about internal issues.

From here thank's to our partners in San Sebastián who also organized a variety of amazing cultural activies during the weekend!
