Regular or low-cost flights to
Malaga are available from most European airports. An airport bus takes you to the bus station in the centre of Malaga (C/ Paseo de los Tilos). From Malaga bus station there is an hourly
coach service with ALSA company. The journey lasts 90 minutes. There is also a direct bus from Malaga airport to Granada with ALSA company. If you are unable to catch the last bus from Malaga to Granada, we can reserve a hostel or hotel for you in Malaga. Please ask us if you require any further information on train and bus connections from other Spanish cities to Granada.
Granada Airport has flight connections to Barcelona and Madrid allowing students to connect their flights directly with our city. (VUELING/AIR NOSTRUM).

Travel health insurance
In addition to your public health insurance, we recommend an additional travel health insurance in order to avoid long waiting hours in public hospitals. So you can go to a private hospital if necessary. A travel health insurance can also be obtained through us. We collaborate with several insurance companies.
Conditions for students who need a visa for Spain
Before you enrol for a Spanish course, please note that the conditions for being granted a visa include medical insurance covering your stay abroad, a residential address in Granada and the payment of the full amount of course and accommodation. You can obtain information regarding visa applications from the Spanish Embassy in your country.
