What better way to bring to you the tastes of Andalusia than to take you directly into an Andalusian kitchen. Join us in Granada, the last Muslim Kingdom in Spain, and learn about the Arabic legacy still prevailing in the succulent  gastronomy of this beautiful Eastern Andalusian region. Spanish cuisine owes a large part of its typical dishes to the Arabs. Although many cultural achievements from that period were forgotten when the Christians reconquered Spain, the art of cooking and baking has remained. You will learn how to prepare some of the most exquisite recipes coming from Al-Andalus times. Our teacher at the cooking school CookEle is a professional cook with many years of experience in catering. She will demonstrate the preparation of special dishes, or a tapas selection and she combines teaching Spanish with her passion for cooking.

Cooking for closed groups
During the year we also offer an evening cooking course for closed groups. Our cook will demonstrate a 3-course menu followed by lunch or dinner.
