Granada Film Festival "Cines del Sur"
The aim of the Granada Film Festival "Cines del Sur" is to disseminate and promote films made in the countries of the so-called geopolitical south. Thus, the Festival will provide a space for the meeting of young filmmakers and established talents from these countries, and therefore, it will allow the screening of both new productions and emblematic and historic works. The Festival will be the platform for an annual meeting of films coming from the South. The Granada Film Festival "Cines del Sur" will be held annually, having designated the Second Edition of the Festival by 30th May-7th June, 2008.

International Young Filmakers Festival of Granada
The 15th year of the INTERNATIONAL YOUNG FILMMAKERS FESTIVAL OF GRANADA confirms something that had already become apparent in past years: in addition to being an audiovisual showcase and a springboard for emerging authors, the festival is an outstanding setting for great cinema.
