Escuela Montalbán - Visa

Before you enroll for a Spanish course please note that the conditions for granting a Visa include medical insurance covering your stay abroad, a residential address in Granada and sufficient financial means. You can obtain information regarding a Visa application from the Spanish Embassy in your country. Addresses of Spanish Embassies worldwide can be found at the website of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

REGISTRATION

Complete the enrollment form and send it to us.
Your booking will be confirmed as soon as possible and we will send you an invoice for the full amount of course and accommodation fees by e-mail. Once this payment has been received, we will send you all the course documents which have to be presented at the Spanish Embassy in your home country in order to apply for the Visa.

Please contact us by telephone or fax (+34 958 25 68 75), giving the card type, card number, expiry date and the 3-digit security code that is printed on the back of the card.

Important: In the case of wire transfers please include your name and the course dates. All bank charges have to be paid by the student. Should you wish to pay by credit card we add a 3,5% to the total amount payable.

CANCELLATION
If you are not granted a Visa, we will reimburse the payment in full if written confirmation from the Spanish Embassy is provided. This should be send by fax to Escuela Montalbán (+ 34 958 25 68 75). All bank charges have to be paid by the student!
If you cancel the course for personal reasons, we will reimburse the whole amount, retaining an administration fee of 120 €.

The arrival and departure days and participation in our courses by non-European citizens will be checked by the local immigration office.
