Spanish Cooking Classes
What a better way to bring to you the tastes of Andalusia than to take you directly into an Andalusian kitchen. Join us in Granada, the last Muslim Kingdom in Spain, and learn about the Arabic legacy still present in the succulent cuisine of this beautiful Eastern Andalusian region. Spanish cuisine owes a large part of its riches to the Arabs. Although many cultural achievements from that period were forgotten when the Christians recaptured Spain, the art of making sweet has remained. You will learn how to prepare some of the most exquisite recipes coming from Al-Andalous times.
Our teacher, Javier Vilchez, is a professional cook with many years experience in catering. He will demonstrate either a 3-course menu, or a selection of tapas, followed by a dinner accompanied by classic Spanish wines.

Classes: 6 cooking classes of 45 minutes per week during the afternoons; timetable to be confirmed with the office; from 1 to 24 weeks.
Group size: 1 to 8 students.
Starting date: every Monday.
Price: 110 € per week.

 

Evening Cooking Course for closed groups
During the year we also offer an evening cooking course for closed groups. Our teacher, Javier Vilchez will demonstrate a 3-course menu followed by a dinner accompanied by classic Spanish wines.
